Pickalbatros Alf Leila Wa Leila Resort - Neverland Hurghada

We stayed at Pickalbatros Alf Leila wa Leila Resort in Hurghada from October 29 to November 1, 2024, with my wife and our 9-year-old child, and it was truly an amazing experience! The hotel is part of the incredible Pickalbatros Neverland City, which also includes Jungle Aqua Park Hotel and Neverland City Hotel. Guests at any of the three hotels have access to all the facilities within Neverland City, offering endless entertainment options. Our stay exceeded all expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for a family. The food was outstanding, with a wide variety of options. The three themed restaurants—serving international, Italian, and Asian cuisines—provided delicious meals during the main dining hours. Throughout the day, there were plenty of food options available around the pools and in the Aqua Park, ensuring you’re never far from something tasty. The Aqua Park was a highlight of our trip, with an incredible range of slides suitable for all ages. The midway rides and the VR gaming area were also fantastic and added even more excitement to our stay. The nighttime shows for both kids and adults were entertaining and well-organized. There were plenty of activities to keep everyone engaged, including football, padel, tennis, billiards, and mini-golf. For those wanting to enjoy the beach, Pickalbatros Dana Beach, a sister hotel, is easily accessible via a convenient shuttle bus service. The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always ready to assist, from the reception team to the housekeeping staff and restaurant waiters. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more special. This resort is a perfect destination for a family vacation, especially if you have kids. It was our first time here, and we are already planning to return soon. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and fun-filled holiday!

The resort offered a **wide variety of restaurants and activities**, which we really enjoyed. However, we were disappointed to find that **some shops did not have fixed prices**, with different rates for tourists and locals—this felt unfair and frustrating. Additionally, our stay started poorly when the first room we were given had a bad odor and didn’t match our booking. Thankfully, **Ahmed from Guest Relations** was outstanding—he acted quickly and moved us to a much nicer room, saving our experience. While we appreciated the amenities and Ahmed’s excellent service, the inconsistent pricing in shops was a downside. With a little more transparency, this could be a fantastic resort!

I normally come here 3 times a year because it is really an extraordinary place where you will like everything there. I enjoyed all cusins and everything I craved for. I totally enjoyed the tasty food. There are more than one resturant where you you like anything you want to eat and try. I liked the hospitality of staff everywhere I go with there happy and welcoming spirit. I liked the number of swimming pools which I found throughout the hotel. I enjoyed the snacks and quality of food including the different flavours of icecream that you will enjoy. I liked the entertainment shows during the day and after dinner which covers a variety of shows for all ages which makes Pick Albatros the best destination you should choose. I liked the different drinks you find all day and night 24 hours and the quality of it. The bakery which was recently opened is an extraordinary one where I found myself in Paris. You SHOULD come to Pickalbatros without thinking.

I had the pleasure of staying at Pickalbatros Jungle Aqua Park Resort - Neverland Hurghada, and I can honestly say it was one of the best holiday experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. The reception team in particular deserves special praise – every single person I interacted with was kind, patient, and truly eager to help. Whether it was check-in, general questions, or small requests, they always responded with a smile and made me feel truly valued as a guest. The resort itself is fantastic – the rooms are spacious and clean, the food is varied and delicious, and the aqua park is just amazing for both kids and adults. There is always something to do, and the entire property is very well maintained. But above all, what stood out the most was the attitude of the people. Every staff member I encountered, from housekeeping to the restaurants, was friendly and professional. You can really feel that they care about their guests. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and heartwarming holiday. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable – I will definitely return!
